Artwork Requirements


There is no additional cost for artwork if the files are submitted using the following standards.

Submitting Artwork:
Product pricing is based upon submitting artwork in the electronic format to our standards. We accept artwork supplied on: CD, floppy disk, or via email at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Please include the distributor’s name, PO and contact information on all email correspondence. Hard copy must also be provided via fax when the PO is submitted.

Preferred Formats:
We can work with most formats, however to prevent delays and avoid additional costs we prefer to receive artwork files in the following programs:

     •Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or higher
     •Corel Draw 10.0 
     •Adobe PhotoShop 7.0 or higher

PDFs, Word processing programs, Power Point, artwork taken from websites and bitmap files can be used for viewing only and are not considered usable artwork. These formats frequently cause delays, reduce quality and incur additional charges. 

Specialized fonts should be sent with art files: Mac users should supply Open Type Fonts (.otf); PC users should supply True Type Fonts (.ttf)

Email proofs are provided at $7.50 (V). Revisions or additional proofs will incur $7.50 (V) per proof.

Art services are available at $40.00(X) per hour. Minimum $20.00 (X).

Sublimation/ Digital process:
This process simulates conventional 4 color process printing. If PMS colors are specified we match the closest available process color. PMS match is not guaranteed. Convert all fonts to outlines.

Silk screened process:
PMS color match is provided at no additional charge.
